The Analyst, Global Packaging Development is the entry point into The Estée Lauder Companies’ Packaging Development organization and plays an important role in bringing innovative, high-quality packaging solutions to market. This role is designed to build the next generation of technical packaging leaders through hands-on development experience, structured coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
Working under the guidance of senior Packaging Development professionals, the Analyst supports the development and commercialization of packaging across one or more brands or product categories. The Analyst develops technical expertise while contributing to packaging solutions that strengthen brand identity, elevate the consumer experience, improve sustainability, and support business growth.
This role partners closely with Marketing, Design, Product Development, R&I, Brand Value Chain (BVC), Global Supplier Management (GSM), Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Sustainability, Material Science, Package Testing, and supplier partners to deliver packaging solutions that meet quality, performance, cost, timing, manufacturability, and regulatory requirements.

The Analyst begins developing an understanding of how packaging creates value for consumers, brands, and the business.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $66,300.00 to $96,050.00. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with the possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
