Purchase to Pay Analyst

In your first year, you will execute the end-to-end Purchase-to-Pay process with precision, ensuring smooth PR-to-PO execution and ARIBA workflow management. This role is vital to Flora Food Group because it strengthens procurement governance and operational efficiency across global markets. By managing supplier communication and resolving procurement queries, you help maintain accurate financial postings and support timely decision-making. Your work directly impacts how we deliver better food by ensuring the right ingredients and services reach our kitchens efficiently and compliantly.
You will own the accuracy and timeliness of procurement processes, driving improvements in PR-to-PO execution and GR compliance. Your data-driven approach will reduce query volumes and enhance SLA adherence, contributing to operational excellence and stronger governance. Your work supports measurable improvements in procurement efficiency and financial accuracy.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across global markets, ensuring governance standards and audit readiness are met. Reporting to the Purchase to Pay Manager, you will be part of a shared services environment that values accountability and sustainable process improvements. Your role supports long-term operational stability and compliance, helping Flora Food Group build a reliable procurement foundation.
You bring a genuine interest in the procurement process as a key enabler of better food production. Your curiosity about ARIBA platform capabilities and process optimization reflects a passion for improving how we source and manage ingredients and services. You take pride in your craft, knowing that your work helps deliver nutritious, delicious food to kitchens worldwide.
You have strong expertise in Purchase-to-Pay processes, including indirect procurement and ARIBA workflow management. You demonstrate excellent communication skills and collaborate effectively with global teams. Your analytical mindset drives process improvements and SLA management. You understand compliance, audit requirements, and governance in a shared services environment.
