Analyst - Purchase to Pay (Invoice Processing)

In your first year as an Analyst in Invoice Processing, you will ensure accurate and timely posting of invoices across Flora Food Group’s global entities, directly supporting the smooth flow of payments and maintaining Accounts Payable accuracy. This role is vital to keeping our Purchase-to-Pay cycle efficient, enabling the business to meet its financial commitments and maintain strong supplier relationships. Your work connects the precision of financial operations with the broader mission of delivering better food by ensuring that every ingredient and service is accounted for properly.
You will own the accuracy and timeliness of invoice postings, contributing to the reliability of Accounts Payable data and supporting on-time payments. Your role is data-driven, ensuring compliance with SLAs and audit standards, which directly impacts financial reporting quality and supplier trust. Success will be measured by your ability to maintain low error rates and meet processing deadlines consistently.
This role reports to the Purchase to Pay team lead and works closely with Procurement, Finance, and Vendor Management teams. You will uphold Flora Food Group’s commitment to doing the right thing by ensuring compliance with tax and audit requirements and maintaining transparent documentation. Your collaboration across functions supports a sustainable and accountable financial process that benefits the entire organisation and its partners.
You bring a genuine interest in the craft of financial operations within the food industry, understanding how precise invoice processing supports the creation of better food products. Your attention to detail and curiosity about improving processes reflect Flora Food Group’s passion for reliability and innovation. You take pride in contributing to a function that underpins the company’s ability to deliver nutritious and delicious food to kitchens worldwide.
You have hands-on experience with SAP in invoice posting and basic accounts payable activities, with a solid understanding of purchase-to-pay processes including invoice validation and discrepancy handling. Your attention to detail ensures accuracy in financial transactions, and you communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues. You thrive in a structured environment with clear service level agreements and are eager to grow your expertise in Purchase to Pay.
