What you'll do in the role:
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Develop an understanding of Finance functional area, tools and processes
- Responsible for tasks to support team deliverables, with guidance, and appropriately escalate issues to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls
- Uphold the Firm's values and hold yourself accountable to Firm standards
- Coordinate with local controllers and support Business Units to ensure correct book-keeping
- Monitor, analyze and advise on the Firm's books and records, and maintain a strong controlling framework and governance process
- Prepare ad-hoc and regular analyses and deliver insightful information to key stakeholders and management on financial performance
- Prepare Balance Sheet and P&L account reconciliations for internal and external audit purposes
- Identify development opportunities and implement enhancements; Look for ways of improving the efficiency, process and data quality, test and support implementation of improvement initiatives
- Involvement in ad-hoc/ global projects, optimization of current processes and standardization of processes across regions {D Part 2: Scope of Role ?What you-ll bring?}

What you'll bring to the role:
- Willingness to learn Finance principles, tools and systems
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a professional environment
- Willingness to seek guidance and solicit feedback to further self-development
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance or Business related discipline
- Accounting or financial reporting related work experience
- Accuracy, attention to detail, good organization skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proactive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- At least 0-2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
