Job Summary

The applicable candidate should:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Demonstrate a strong willingness to further develop the experience in the field of logistics

It is required:

• Strong communication skills
• Proactive attitude for solving problems and strong attention for the details
• German language proficiency at minimum B.2
• Experience with ERP or logistics management systems (SAP) is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Communication with internal teams such as Sales Team, Contract creation Team, SMS Team and providing them with the required support
• Creation of specific databases in SAP
• Creation of a database in specific Load Authorization applications
• Communication with customers and haulier / carrier companies
• Communication with terminal administration
• Detailed investigations in the cases of loading issues
