What You Will Do
Perform regular periodic reviews of financial crime compliance functions including but not limited to KYC, Sanctions, Fraud and Transaction Monitoring.
Create and present quality work deliverables.
Utilise an in-depth understanding of metrics and workflows in order to analyse and report on trends, issues, and quality defects.
Maintain subject matter expertise and best practices related to the identification and mitigation of risk.
What You Will Need:
At least 1.5+ years experience working on different areas in compliance field.
In-depth understanding of AML/CTF, KYC, counterparty risk identification & mitigation principles.
Ability to speak and write English fluently. Strong communication skills with ability to present complex and sensitive issues to management.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Work from office following clean desk policy environment.
What Would Be Nice To Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Creative problem-solving ability, a collaborative mindset.
SAR experience
Strong analytical, organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to execute a range of complex tasks and analysis.

The annual salary range for this position is €18,000.00-€30,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
