Job Summary

To improve the efficiency of the business through identification of the existing issues, optimizing activities, creation and implementation of solutions/improvements/enhancements and generating detailed reports/analyses to improve processes and functionalities within the assigned project

Key Responsibilities

Use quality system dashboards to monitor transport deviation KPIs and support data-driven follow-up

Perform Tier 1 (T1) reporting on transport deviation compliance KPIs; support IMEX governance

Conduct transport deviation triage and initial quality review, ensuring accurate classification of records (Event Report vs Deviation) in accordance with eQMS workflows and applicable GWIs.

Prepare and distribute reports/communications to Markets, ESQ, and relevant stakeholders to support deviation oversight, compliance tracking, and improvement initiatives.

Support end-to-end eQMS administrative activities, including but not limited to record creation, updates, lifecycle management, and data maintenance in alignment with quality system requirements.

Skill Requirements

Quality / GDP-oriented background with eQMS (Veeva Vault) familiarity, strong written/verbal English, and digital dexterity. I think this is like the profiles found for the CSS Compliance engagement.
