Job Description

  • Lead and manage the analysis, design, and implementation of mobile banking solutions that meet the needs of customers and the business. This role requires working with cross-functional teams including business vertical, product management, engineering, design, and customer experience to define requirements and prioritize features for mobile banking products.
  • Responsible for gathering and analyzing business and user requirements, creating detailed functional specifications, and collaborating with the development team to design and implement features. They must ensure that mobile banking products meet business objectives, are user-friendly, and adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • In addition to technical skills, the Business Analyst in Mobile Banking must have strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. They must be able to lead and manage a team of business analysts and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver successful mobile banking solutions.
  • Requirements Gathering: The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting business and user requirements for mobile banking solutions, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Requirements Analysis: The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing requirements to identify potential issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement, and ensuring that requirements are complete, accurate, and feasible.
  • Design: The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for designing mobile banking solutions, including user interface design, process design, and system design, and ensuring that designs meet the needs of customers and the business.
  • Prototyping: The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for creating prototypes of mobile banking solutions to demonstrate functionality, user experience, and design, and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Testing: The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for developing and executing test cases and scripts, and conducting user acceptance testing to ensure that mobile banking solutions meet the business and user requirements.
  • Documentation: The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation for mobile banking solutions, including functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and other relevant documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, designers, and senior management, and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Training: The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for providing training to users and stakeholders on new mobile banking solutions, features, and functionality.
  • Overall, the functional responsibilities of a Lead Business Analyst in Mobile Banking involve gathering, analyzing, designing, prototyping, testing, documenting, and managing mobile banking solutions, and ensuring that they meet the needs of customers and the business.

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Qualifications:

Graduation (IT/ Comp. Science Specialization)
Post Graduation (MBA Preferable)
PMP/Prince II Certification Preferable
