Job Summary

This role supports the creation, updating, and maintenance of master data records related to customers, products, pricing, and vendors. The position focuses on identifying process issues, implementing improvements, and generating detailed reports to optimize business efficiency. The individual will facilitate process changes through effective communication and collaboration within the team, leveraging strong analytical and MS Office skills to ensure data quality and process adherence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain and update master data records using Master Data Management tools and MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency across customer, product, pricing, and vendor data.
2. Analyze ongoing data management processes with foundational knowledge of MDM concepts to identify basic process issues and recommend initial improvements within assigned tasks.
3. Prepare detailed reports and data analyses using MS Excel and PowerPoint to monitor business process health and highlight areas for optimization.
4. Participate in the documentation of business requirements for process enhancements, utilizing communication skills to articulate findings and suggestions to team members.
5. Support the implementation of approved process changes by following defined guidelines and collaborating with team members to facilitate smooth transitions.

Skill Requirements

1. Foundational Knowledge Of Master Data Management Processes And Principles.
2. Basic Proficiency In Ms Office Tools, Especially Excel And Powerpoint, For Data Analysis And Reporting.
3. Basic Understanding Of Business Process Documentation And Workflow Enhancements.
4. Good Written And Verbal Communication Skills For Effective Team Collaboration.
5. Analytical Thinking With The Ability To Identify Routine Process Issues And Suggest Straightforward Solutions.
