Edelman is seeking an Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join our growing Intelligence team. This role supports analytics across paid, earned, and owned media channels, including social, search, and programmatic.

The Analyst will be responsible for collecting, aggregating, and analyzing marketing data from native platforms and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Datorama, Looker Studio), transforming it into actionable insights that inform campaign strategy and optimization.

This role requires a strong balance of marketing and digital/social media analytical rigor and creativity, enabling the Analyst to connect data signals to broader marketing impact and support delivery of meaningful marketing campaign recommendations to internal teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Measurement

  • Support marketing campaign measurement across paid, earned, owned, and social channels, helping teams collect, organize, validate, and analyze performance data using sources like (but not limited to) Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Google Ads, Google Analytics
  • Contribute to creator, influencer, organic social, paid social measurement, including campaign reporting, performance analysis, marketing brand lift studies, benchmarking, and identification of actionable insights
  • Gather, clean, aggregate, and quality-check data from native media platforms, social platforms, analytics tools, and other reporting sources to ensure accurate and consistent deliverables
  • Support recurring and ad hoc campaign reporting, transforming data into clear findings, observations, and recommendations for internal teams and clients
  • Assist with cross-channel campaign analysis, connecting performance signals across social, creator, paid media, earned media, search, and website activity where applicable
  • Help maintain dashboards, reporting templates, trackers, and measurement documentation, ensuring outputs remain accurate, organized, and up to date
  • Support the development of campaign KPIs, learning agendas, measurement frameworks, benchmarks, and reporting approaches aligned with client objectives
  • Promote best practices in data automation and operational efficiency and maintain awareness of industry trends, tools, and emerging platforms.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including strategy, creative, media planning, and account teams, to support campaign planning, optimization, and performance reviews
  • Participate in internal and client-facing meetings, helping prepare reporting materials and, as experience grows, presenting findings and responding to questions
  • Manage multiple assignments with strong attention to detail, managing time efficiently, communicating proactively about priorities, dependencies, questions, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Build familiarity with dashboarding, analytics, and data-integration tools over time, supporting more technical assignments as skills develop

Qualifications & Skills

  • ~2 years of experience in marketing analytics, digital media data (creator/influencer, organic and paid social, SEO/SEM, programmatic)
  • Knowledge of Media/Ad serving platforms: Meta/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Ads, DV360, Tradedesk, SA360
  • Understanding of digital media planning and marketing performance measurement
  • Works with ease on formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation and integration on Excel and build data driven slides on PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communicator and adaptable
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, collaborative environments
  • Ability to quickly grasp and comprehend new concepts and workflows
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset
  • Curious, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented, supportive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline
  • Nice to have:
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Sprinklr
  • Knowledge of tagging solutions: GTM, Adobe Launch
