You will be responsible for coordinating and enabling the Site Asset & Technology Leader in driving asset reliability, maintenance, infrastructure and facilities performance to support the delivery of site SQCDSM targets.

The role will focus on ensuring reliable plant equipment, process technology, infrastructure and facilities, while driving effective MRO management, maintenance planning, budget utilization, inventory management and productivity initiatives You will also ensure uninterrupted site operations through compliance with local legal regulations, Quality, Health, Safety & Environment standards and Mondelēz manufacturing requirements.

How You Will Contribute
You will:

Asset, Maintenance & Infrastructure Management

  • Coordinate the execution of preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance activities for plant equipment, process technology, infrastructure, buildings and facilities.
  • Drive maintenance of site infrastructure and facilities, ensuring timely execution of preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective actions.
  • Support asset reliability and loss prevention initiatives to minimize breakdowns, downtime and equipment-related losses.
  • Implement and sustain IL6S/TPM ways of working, including Progressive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM), lubrication management, calibration, visual controls and loss elimination.
  • Partner with the PM and operations teams to identify maintenance requirements, validate priorities and ensure timely closure of actions.

MRO & Inventory Management

  • Manage and track MRO requirements, consumption, availability and inventory, ensuring the right materials are available to support maintenance activities.
  • Review and validate MRO requirements raised by maintenance/PM teams based on business need, equipment criticality and inventory availability.
  • Participate in DMS (Daily Management System) routines and translate identified maintenance requirements into appropriate procurement actions.
  • Coordinate the PR/PO process for MRO requirements, including requirement validation, purchase order creation and follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor MRO spend, consumption and inventory levels to improve cost effectiveness and avoid excess/obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate with suppliers/OEMs and service providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services in line with agreed SLAs.

Budget & Cost Management

  • Support annual maintenance, MRO, infrastructure and facilities budget planning, including allocation and tracking of spend across various requirements.
  • Monitor OPEX/M&R and maintenance-related expenditure against budget and identify potential deviations and corrective actions.
  • Support prioritization of maintenance and infrastructure requirements based on business impact, asset criticality and available budget.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and productivity improvement through effective MRO management, maintenance practices and supplier management.

Productivity & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive and support MRO productivity projects and cost-saving initiatives focused on reducing maintenance losses, improving asset reliability and optimizing MRO spend.
  • Identify opportunities for loss elimination and improve maintenance effectiveness through data-driven analysis and structured problem solving.
  • Apply PDCA, TPM/IL6S and other continuous improvement methodologies to address recurring equipment and maintenance issues.

Capability Building & Stakeholder Management

  • Coach and support operating and maintenance teams on routine maintenance, equipment care, breakdown prevention and CIL (Cleaning, Inspection & Lubrication) practices
  • Support development of technical capability within operating teams and work process owners.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders including Operations, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Quality, HSE and Supply Chain, as well as external service providers and OEMs.
  • Ensure adherence to manufacturing standards, governance, compliance requirements and applicable legal regulations.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in plant maintenance, asset management, engineering, facilities, infrastructure or MRO management, preferably within a manufacturing/FMCG environment.
  • Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, asset reliability and maintenance planning
  • Knowledge of MRO management, inventory management, procurement processes and supplier/OEM coordination
  • Experience in budget planning, cost tracking and OPEX/M&R management
  • Understanding of TPM/IL6S, Progressive Maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, CBM, loss elimination and PDCA-based problem solving
  • Ability to evaluate and validate maintenance/MRO requirements and coordinate the DMS → requirement validation → PR/PO → execution cycle.
    Experience in driving or supporting productivity, cost-saving or continuous improvement projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and track performance.
  • Computer proficiency, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with experience in ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
    Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple priorities across maintenance, MRO, infrastructure, facilities, inventory and budget management
