The Analyst, IT Governance supports the daytoday enablement of IT governance activities, with a strong emphasis on making governance processes and workflows clear, consistent, and effective. This role enables transparent and wellfunctioning governance practices by preparing, supporting, and facilitating governance meetings, working sessions, and related activities, ensuring materials, documentation, and followup actions are complete and well organized.

The Analyst plays an active role in supporting IT governance practices by coordinating materials, organizing information, facilitating discussions, documenting outcomes, and ensuring followthrough that enable informed decisionmaking. Early success in this role comes from strong support and disciplined execution, including learning the governance rhythm, being in the room, and mastering the core outputs that keep governance working smoothly and consistently.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Supports governance activities through consistent preparation, documentation, and follow through, building credibility and context over time that enable informed and increasingly effective contributions as governance practices mature
  • Prepares, coordinates, and supports IT governance meetings and working sessions by ensuring agendas, materials, documentation, and follow up actions are complete, accurate, and well organized, enabling productive discussion and consistent execution
  • Translates governance requirements and process inputs into clear, practical, and well structured outputs (e.g., documentation, summaries, or reference materials) that support transparency, consistency, and informed decision making
  • Analyzes and documents governance processes to build understanding of how they operate in practice, identifying opportunities to improve clarity, usability, and effectiveness over time
  • Maintains governance documentation, meeting records, action items, and related artifacts to support continuity, traceability, and shared understanding across governance participants
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT, governance, process support, portfolio support, or a related operational or analytical role
  • Experience producing structured deliverables (e.g., documentation, summaries, reports, dashboards, or presentations) to support collaboration, review, or decision‑making.
  • Experience using data visualization or reporting tools to support analysis, tracking, or leadership review; familiarity with Power BI or comparable tools (e.g., Tableau or Oracle Analytics Cloud) is preferred.
  • Experience supporting meetings, working sessions, or recurring processes that require strong preparation, organization, documentation, and follow‑through.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including comfort presenting information, facilitating discussions, and engaging with stakeholders in meeting settings.
  • Must be legally authorized to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Practical exposure to IT governance, portfolio management, or operational process support in a professional setting, with familiarity navigating established processes and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support prioritization, planning, tracking, or governance discussions.
  • Working knowledge of IT service management, governance, or process improvement concepts gained through applied experience, training, or on‑the‑job learning.
  • Experience supporting structured, recurring processes or forums (e.g., governance meetings, reviews, or working sessions), with an emphasis on preparation, documentation, and follow‑through.
  • Attention to structure and detail
