The IT Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, supporting key footwear and apparel business functions including product development, sourcing, manufacturing, inventory management, wholesale distribution, eCommerce, retail operations, and customer service. This role analyzes business processes, gathers requirements, identifies improvement opportunities, and supports solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data accuracy, customer experience, and profitability.

Onsite: This position operates in an onsite office environment. Work is performed primarily using a computer, phone, and in-person or virtual collaboration tools. The role is generally sedentary and involves extended periods in a stationary position, with periodic movement throughout the workplace as needed.
The employee is expected to maintain regular attendance during agreed-upon business hours and attend required meetings, training sessions, and other onsite activities. The position requires routine interaction with supervisors, coworkers, business stakeholders, vendors, and customers, as applicable, to support business needs and project objectives.
