This role assists the daily execution of report preparation, data input validation, aggregation, and delivery across assigned reporting channels — including operational, trust, client, board, executive, performance, internal, investor, plan-level, and ad hoc reports.

The Analyst is expected to develop strong technical proficiency in institutional investment reporting, build familiarity with RGA's reporting platforms and governance standards, and progressively take on greater ownership of assigned reporting tasks as competency grows.

What you will do

  • Assist with production of assigned investment reporting outputs with direction by gathering data inputs, populating report templates, and preparing materials for review on schedule.

  • Assist with CIO presentation support and Q&A documentation by compiling accurate data inputs and maintaining organized reference materials.
  • Execute assigned daily reporting controls, including data validation checks, aggregation accuracy reviews, and delivery confirmation procedures.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, and audit‑ready documentation of reporting tasks completed, issues identified, and escalations made.
  • Identify and escalate potential data quality issues, reporting discrepancies, or governance concerns to Senior Analysts or Directors.
  • Assists with day‑to‑day coordination with Portfolio Management, Investment Accounting, Data Management, and Technology on reporting inputs and data matters as directed.
  • Actively build technical proficiency in institutional investment reporting by learning reporting platforms, data sources, aggregation logic, and governance standards, progressively increasing ownership of assigned reporting tasks.
