
Role : Analyst – Investment Products and Advisory – Wealth Management
Location : Dubai / Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:
Support the Wealth Management Products and Advisory Team across two pillars: (1) development, launch, and commercialization of investment products; and (2) supporting the Advisory function through investment analysis, portfolio reviews, market research, and advisory team effectiveness. The role acts as an in-house resource across both pillars, including data and trends analysis, committee materials, and coordination of deliverables.
Key Accountabilities of the role
Advisory Support
Assist Investment Advisors in investment analysis, portfolio reviews, market research, and client-facing materials.
Support the Advisory Unit Head in commercialization efforts, Advisor activity and performance tracking, and KPI reporting.
Assist the Head of Product Solutions and Advisory in strategic initiatives, committee submissions, data and trends analysis, and management presentations.
Products Support
Support development and launch of investment products through frontline and advisory coordination.
Assist with the product lifecycle, including launch preparation, performance monitoring, and commercialization.
Coordinate with Middle and Back Office on operations and issue resolution.
Cross-Functional
Maintain product and advisory documentation, approvals, and records.
Support governance reporting, regulatory compliance, Sharia requirements, and required approvals (Central Bank & SCA).
KPIs
Quality and timeliness of advisory support — investment analysis, portfolio reviews, and market research.
Accuracy of Advisor activity tracking, performance analysis, and KPI reporting.
Timely support of product launches and commercialization initiatives.
Quality of committee submissions, strategic analysis, and management presentations.
Effective collaboration and full adherence to Sharia and regulatory requirements.
Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:
· Education & Expertise: University degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field with 3+ years' experience in Financial Services, Consultancy, Advisory, Audit, or Risk & Governance.
· Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret market trends, evaluate financial information, and generate actionable insights.
· Client-Centric Approach: Ability to build trust and support delivery of tailored investment solutions aligned with client needs.
· Communication & Influence: Strong presentation and reporting skills to engage clients, support advisory teams, and train distribution channels.
· Integrity & Professionalism: High ethical standards, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive information.
· Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
