The CIO Office partners across Raymond James Wealth Management to help deliver positive client outcomes through investment research, market insights, portfolio management expertise and asset management capabilities. The team is responsible for supporting both clients and adviser relationships across the wealth management business.

As part of the Investment Operations team, you'll help ensure the smooth and effective running of a wide range of investment services and operational processes. You'll work closely with colleagues across Portfolio Management, Research and Business Management, providing operational support, governance oversight and process improvement initiatives that enable investment professionals to focus on delivering value for clients.

  • Produce monthly and quarterly investment factsheets, ensuring information is accurate, consistent and delivered on schedule.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the business, helping to identify ways operational support can continue to add value.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure transactions are processed, recorded and reported accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the production of regular and ad hoc reporting, including valuation, holdings and performance-related data.
  • Help maintain robust governance, compliance and risk management standards across all operational activities.
  • Ensure operational procedures and documentation remain accurate, up to date and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records in accordance with company policies and regulatory obligations.
  • Explore opportunities to leverage automation, technology and AI solutions to enhance operational effectiveness and improve the colleague and client experience.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Qualifications

We're interested in hearing from people who can demonstrate some or all of the following:

  • Experience within investment operations, client administration or investment support in a regulated financial services environment.
  • A minimum of two years' relevant professional experience.
  • Progress towards the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) or an equivalent qualification would be beneficial.
  • A-Level qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and management.
  • A track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment.

Knowledge & Skills:

You'll be successful in this role if you have:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of investment products, asset classes and investment administration processes.
  • An understanding of performance measurement and reporting principles.
  • The ability to analyse, interpret and manage data from multiple sources to produce meaningful information and reports.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to suggest new ideas and challenge existing processes constructively.
  • Awareness of governance, risk and regulatory requirements within financial services.
  • An interest in financial markets and a desire to continue developing your investment knowledge.
  • A proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach to work.
  • Experience using Bloomberg would be advantageous, but is not essential.
