Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopedics business toestablisha standalone orthopedics company,operatingas DePuy Synthes.The process of the planned separation isanticipatedto be completed within 18 to24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may berequired, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. This role supportsinternational finance operationsby providing financial analysis, reporting, and insights that help guide business decisions across global markets. The Analyst, International Finance partners with regional and global stakeholders to ensureaccuratefinancial planning, performance tracking, and compliance. This position offers exposure to cross‑border finance activities and the opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of DePuy Synthes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Support international financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across regions and markets.

• Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards for regional and global finance leaders.

• Assistwith monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.

• Conduct financial analyses of business results, trends, and drivers to support decision‑making.

• Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting and improve financial processes.

• Support internal and external audit requirements and respond to ad hoc financial requests.

• Apply company financial controls, governance standards, and ethical principles in all activities.

Qualifications

Education

• Required:Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Preferred:Master’s degree or MBA with a finance or business concentration.

Experience and Skills

Required:

• Typically4–6 years of relevant finance or accounting experience, including internships or early‑career roles.

• Foundational knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel and standard financial systems or reporting tools.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting international or regional finance activities.

• Exposure to multinational business environments or shared service models.

• Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting standards.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Languages:Englishproficiencyrequired; Hebrew oradditionalEuropean/EMEA languages preferred.

• Travel:Limited international travel may berequired(approximately 5–10%).

• Certifications:CPA, ACCA, or similar certification preferred but notrequired
