What will your typical day look like?


• Plan and coordinate social & learning/development activities that create a true community for all co-op students and interns across Deloitte
• Manage communications with business leaders, current and former co-op students and interns
• Support the project management of a variety of initiatives to create an exceptional co-op/intern experience across Canada.
• Gather feedback and analyze data to continuously improve campus programs
• Support the creation of engaging campus marketing materials and digital content
• Participate in broader Talent Acquisition and HR projects as needed

As part of the Talent Acquisition team at Deloitte, the Early Talent & Campus Programs Intern plays a crucial part in coordinating and executing our campus recruitment programming activities that will help attract top student talent to the largest professional services firm in Canada.

Quebec Location: We require basic English language skills to meet the needs of our clients. In the context of mandates, you could work for clients with activities outside of Quebec and where the first language is English.

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $48,500.00 - $55,000.00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
