Job Description

What you'll do:

  • 1. Reporting & Analytics

    • Develop, maintain, and automate reporting dashboards and data models

    • Generate regular reports and insights to support business performance tracking

    • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across reporting outputs

    • Build and enhance reporting pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency

  • 2. Data Analysis & Insights

    • Analyse large datasets using tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Excel to identify trends and insights

    • Perform exploratory analysis to uncover patterns, anomalies, and opportunities

    • Translate analytical findings into clear business recommendations

  • 3. Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., business, technology, data teams) to understand requirements

    • Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions

    • Work with stakeholders to identify data gaps and improve reporting outcomes

  • 4. Process & Data Improvement

    • Identify and resolve data discrepancies across systems

    • Streamline reporting processes and eliminate manual or redundant workflows

    • Support ongoing improvements in reporting frameworks and data governance

  • 5. Dashboarding & Visualisation

    • Design dashboards and visualisations to effectively communicate insights

    • Develop KPIs and performance frameworks to support decision-making

What you bring:

  • B.A. in Marketing, Business or computer Science preferred

  • 3+ years of experience (preferably retail experience) in an analytical role

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data to develop into a media plan

  • Technical and business acumen

  • Quick learner, multi-tasker that can learn our proprietary systems

  • Excellent communicator

  • Strong foundation in SQL for complex data analysis

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Access

  • Experience with Knime is an asset.

  • Process improvement and automation experience is an asset

  • Experience managing end-to-end flyer & loyalty programs is an asset.

Broadband Salary Range: $53,000 – $88,000
Our typical hiring range is between $53,000 and $70,000 Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
