Specific Responsibilities Would Include

The Analyst is responsible for supporting daily operations of the ecosystem, including FlexPLM, Trasix, and connected workflow tools like Monday.com This role focuses heavily on user support, data management, UAT coordination, and cross-functional issue resolution, acting as a key bridge between business users and technology teams.

This position reflects a hands-on, high-interaction role supporting product lifecycle processes across design, merchandising, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities (Day-to-Day Focus)

  • Applications User Support & Issue Management
    • Serve as first point of contact for PLM-related questions and issues
    • Manage and respond to support requests submitted via Helpdesk channels
    • Conduct regular help sessions and office hours to support users
    • Troubleshoot system issues and escalate to technical teams when required

  • Cross-Functional Request Management
    • Work with business teams to address product set-up and system requests
    • Facilitate discussions and follow-ups for enhancement or change requests
    • Document and track requests raised in meetings and recap communications

  • UAT Coordination & Testing Support
    • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
    • Execute test scenarios and validate system behavior
    • Log defects and work with internal IT teams to resolve issues
    • Participate in system validation sessions and ensure readiness for release

  • Training, Documentation & Communication
    • Develop and share training materials and job aids (specific to business)
    • Conduct onboarding sessions and refresher training for users
    • Send recap communications summarizing decisions, actions, and next steps

  • Meeting Facilitation & Follow-Ups
    • Organize and lead working sessions for topics and issue resolution
    • Drive alignment across stakeholders on requirements and solutions
    • Track action items and follow up to ensure completion

    User Support (30–40%)

    • Responding to helpdesk tickets
    • Troubleshooting user issues
    • Running help sessions

    Data & System Work (20–30%)

    • Product data updates and validation
    • Supporting configuration updates

    UAT & Projects (20–25%)

    • Executing test cases
    • Supporting integrations and enhancements

    Meetings & Coordination (10–20%)

    • Business requirement discussions
    • Recaps and stakeholder follow-ups

    Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

    Experience

    • 2–5 years in PLM, product development systems, or business systems support
    • Experience supporting FlexPLM

    Technical Skills

    • Strong understanding of product lifecycle (design → development → go-to-market)
    • Experience with:
      • PLM systems (FlexPLM preferred)
      • SAP
      • Basic UAT and defect tracking

    Soft Skills

    • Strong communication
    • Solutions management
    • Ability to translate business issues into system
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously
