The Analyst, SAP Support is responsible for supporting the daily operations of Centric Brands’ SAP ECC environment, with a primary focus on Supply Chain and Finance functional areas. This role serves as a key liaison between business users and the SAP IT team, providing hands-on application support, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
The position reflects a high-interaction, business-facing role supporting end users across Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, Finance and related SAP processes. The role also supports integrated enterprise platforms including Infor Nexus and future costing systems, ensuring alignment and coordination across end-to-end supply chain and financial processes. The analyst works closely with external support partner and internal IT team to ensure continuity of operations, data integrity, and alignment with Centric’s SAP standards.
