Job Description

Main responsibilities:

  • Capture information and generate invoices in SAP, verification of shipping lists, audit information, report discrepancies when applicable.
  • Capture orders in SAP for sterilization payment. Logistics monitoring for final shipment.
  • Preparation of customs declarations, updating information and generating reports, audit of compliance with regulations, review of health permit balances, eighth rules, control of stamps and consecutive customs declarations.
  • Will be responsible for keeping the different databases updated and in accordance with applicable foreign trade regulations.
  • Carry out activities related to the control of "InTrade" inventories, registration and updating of information in parts catalog, classification of components, finished products, equipment and spare parts.
  • Sending necessary information for the STC and other related tools.
  • Follow the established procedures for the review of import and export invoices, generation of value acknowledgments, DODA, digitization of documents.
  • Coordinate the import and export process from the transport request to the delivery of material at the plant or warehouses.
  • Keep the necessary records for monitoring and reporting the status of invoices in process, FDA releases to internal and external clients.
  • Keep the necessary controls for the management of digital and electronic files, certificates of origin, health permits, eighth rules and other documents for compliance with legal regulations.
  • Verify and load the Bill of Materials for the unloading of temporarily imported material.
  • Carry out the processes related to compliance with inventory control annexes 24, 27 and 31, review of information, transmission of discharges and subsequent verifications.
  • Keep control of fixed assets for import and export, management of equipment inventory correlated with customs declarations and finance codes.
  • Coordinate the correct processing of in bond shipments, tax calculation, monitoring of expiration times and return of containers.
  • Support in internal and/or external audits of foreign trade and customs.
  • Support in the review of invoices for payment to participants in the logistics chain.
  • Provide support in customs inspections when necessary.
  • Provide support and information to the different positions in the company's department, as well as actively participate in improvement projects that are carried out, as well as training.
