The Analyst III, Supply Chain IPC Optimization delivers process development, management, and strategic usage of analytics in the areas of inventory and financial optimization across the supply chain. The incumbent cross functionally manages and strategically optimizes supply chain performance around the key components of international production costs (IPC) inclusive of strategically minimizing inventory destruction and optimization of absorption forecasting, performance, and cross functional alignment within Operations as well as cross functionally manages IDR (Inventory Destruction Request), approval workflow, and inventory reserve process.

The Analyst III, Supply Chain IPC Optimization establishes and manages strategic inventory target setting process and goals for site planners and optimizes site working capital/inventories. This is a strategic problem-solving position for inventory optimization, effective capacity utilization, SCM reporting, & risk management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Insights and Analytics - strategic development of innovative solutions for influencing and reporting, KPIs, capacity planning, cycle time performance, and other analytics & decision making to enhance supply chain performance and governance.
• Process Training and Administration - assists with cross functional training on tools used and developed to manage areas of SCM IPC optimization.
• Process development, cross functional influence, and Governance - collaborates with Finance, QA/QC, production, and site leadership to ensure processes are established to maximize performance around supply chain related IPC (International Production Cost) performance. This includes inventory optimization, destruction reporting and minimization, capacity planning, and absorption forecasting and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Business, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or other related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, and/or Finance in a regulated operations organization or related environment required.

OR

• In lieu of degree, a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Data Analytics, and/or Finance in a regulated operations organization or related environment required.

Additional Skills:

• Business process knowledge across multiple functional areas and/or demonstrated ability to influence and apply solutions to business issues.
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel, Power BI, ERP systems, data visualization, and business analytics tools.
• Strong cross functional communication skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
