This job is responsible for capturing and refining business or system requirements that may involve a software change. Key responsibilities include working with stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing problems, capturing requirements, creating solutions, solving problems either manually or through software, and providing subject-matter expertise on products to support scope and requirement decisions. Job expectations include collaborating with project stakeholders to analyze and confirm requirements, creating, analyzing, and improving processes and writing user and technical stories.

The Technology Partnership Development (TPD) team is seeking an Analyst to support research, analysis, and operational activities across the team’s engagement with internal stakeholders and external technology partners. This position is intended for an earlycareer professional and is structured to provide exposure to enterprise technology strategy and partnership activity while operating within defined frameworks and with ongoing guidance.

The Analyst contributes to team deliverables through analytical support, materials preparation, data management, and coordination activities, working closely with more senior team members to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with enterprise priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Understands stakeholder needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem
  • Supports cost and benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy
  • Gathers and catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests
  • Identifies the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications and assists with identifying integration points and the end-to-end solution design
  • Assists users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting, and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs
  • Documents processes, procedures and workflows for technology as needed
  • Conduct structured research and fact‑based analysis on emerging technology trends and company landscapes aligned to enterprise priorities.
  • Support preparation of briefing materials, summaries, and reference content for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and upkeep of technology market scans, landscape views, and internal reference materials.
  • Prepare background research to support meetings with technology companies, startups, and venture capital firms.
  • Support engagement with internal partners by gathering inputs, documenting requirements, and synthesizing information related to business and technology needs.
  • Support coordination and execution of TPD‑sponsored meetings, forums, and technology events.
  • Assist with meeting logistics, speaker coordination, and preparation of supporting materials.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates to CRM systems and other internal tools in accordance with established processes.
  • Support documentation related to vendor updates, proof‑of‑concept activity, and internal case studies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Approximately 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a technology, analytical, consulting, or business support role.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology and innovation within a large enterprise environment.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a large, matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn, take direction, and operate within established processes.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Exposure to areas such as enterprise infrastructure, application development, artificial intelligence, or information security.
  • Familiarity with CRM or research tools (e.g., Salesforce, PitchBook) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
  • Strong follow‑through and accountability for assigned work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
