Job Description

About FIS

At FIS, we advance the way the world pays, banks, and invests. Our global teams collaborate to drive operational excellence, deliver innovation at scale, and create measurable impact in fintech. We value diverse perspectives and foster an environment where every voice matters.

About the Role

As a Pricing Analyst II, you will serve as a key operational partner in the end‑to‑end pricing workflow. You will manage intake, analysis, validation, and delivery of pricing proposals with accuracy and speed—ensuring consistent adherence to pricing controls, process standards, and service‑level expectations. Your work directly supports revenue enablement and efficient deal execution across multiple business units.

About the Team

The Pricing Support team handles a high‑volume operational workload, processing roughly 2,800 pricing requests each month with a team of three analysts. We leverage a proprietary Pricing Generator and are actively implementing Oracle CPQ to streamline and automate pricing workflows. We work closely with Sales and cross‑functional partners to maintain disciplined, scalable processes that ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities (Operational Focus)

Operational Execution & Workflow Management

  • Manage daily pricing request intake and execute end‑to‑end processing—including validation, configuration, pricing generation, and proposal packaging.
  • Ensure all pricing proposals meet established operational standards for quality, accuracy, and turnaround times.
  • Maintain strict compliance with corporate and divisional pricing rules, controls, and documentation requirements.

Quality Control & Governance

  • Conduct detailed reviews of pricing submissions to confirm discount alignment, SKU accuracy, credit application, and adherence to pricing guidelines.
  • Identify discrepancies or errors and perform corrective actions quickly to avoid downstream operational issues.
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining clean, complete, and compliant records within pricing systems and shared repositories.

Systems & Tool Utilization

  • Generate pricing using the proprietary Pricing Generator and actively support operational readiness for Oracle CPQ workflows.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and feedback cycles tied to Pricing Generator updates, CPQ enhancements, and process improvements.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

  • Act as an operational liaison to Sales, Product Solutions, Legal, Contract Administration, Billing, and Finance to resolve proposal issues and ensure deal accuracy.
  • Provide timely updates on pricing status, required inputs, or blockers to internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Consultants to ensure pricing tables, rate cards, and SKUs are accurate and current.

Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization

  • Gather internal feedback to identify recurring operational issues and propose process refinements.
  • Recommend adjustments or enhancements to pricing structures that improve consistency and operational scalability.
  • Support the development and delivery of training on pricing tools, workflows, and process changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of pricing experience; Oracle CPQ experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong operational discipline with the ability to manage high‑volume workload efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills for cross‑functional coordination.
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • High degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and judgment.

What We Offer

  • A critical role in supporting the operational backbone of our pricing execution
  • Opportunities for continuous learning, system training, and process mastery
  • A collaborative, high‑performance environment
  • Opportunities to contribute to operational innovation and future automation
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package
