Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

The Analyst II supports project intake and PMO governance while leading change management and learning activities that driveaccurate, compliant project data and time reporting.

Location:You will be based in our Torontooffice, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Salary Range:The expected base salary range for this roleis $68,000 - $85,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers aredeterminedbyvarious factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - Whatyou'lldo

  • Create andmaintainprojects in Jira, ensuringaccurateand consistent project data.

  • Lead change management, training, and end-user support activities that promoteaccurate,timely, and consistent Tempo time reporting.

  • Coordinate enterprise project intake activities, including meetinglogistics, agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.

  • Support audits of project artifacts, data, and processes to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and PMO governance requirements.

  • Generate andmaintainproject reporting, including project master lists, status reports, dashboards, and related analytics.

  • Maintain and enhance PMO templates, processes, policies, and SharePoint content in partnership with PMO leadership.

  • Investigate and resolve escalated issues related to project data, tools and reporting;identifyroot causes and implement corrective actions.

  • Contribute to PMO continuous improvement initiativesand,based on experience and skills, manage selected PMO-sponsored projects.

Requiredskills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

  • Minimum 1 year of project management or related experience.

  • Experience with project management lifecycles, methodologies, and governance practices.

  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools, including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and data analysis tools.

  • Experiencefacilitatingmeetings and delivering training.

  • Experience creating process documentation, job aids, and supporting materials.

Experience that would set you apart

  • Experience with Tempo or similar time-tracking tools.

  • PMP or CAPM certification.
