As an Analyst II - Implementation you will be responsible for managing FLX-M and Schedule Builder (SBL) rules. Working in pairs under the guidance of a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will implement project-specific rules, triage bugs, and provide ongoing support. This role requires strong problem-solving skills
What will you do?
• Work in pairs on a dedicated set of airlines.
• Determine whether issues stem from rules configuration or engine behavior.
• Implement changes to rules to support projects and correct bugs.
• Conduct peer reviews for low-impact rule changes.
• Manage support and maintenance tasks, including intake from JIRA, rule deployment from SIT to PROD, and responding to customer/internal inquiries.
• Be available on-call 24×7, 365 days a year for P1/P2 issues.

• No prior technical skills required; training will be provided.
