The HR Analyst II is a Human Resources professional responsible for partnering with leaders and employees to support workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, talent processes, and HR operations within the Bangalore GCC. Reporting to the Group Lead HR, this role combines HR business partnership, people analytics, and employee engagement leadership to deliver a positive employee experience and support business objectives.

The incumbent will serve as the Employee Engagement SPOC for Bangalore GCC, driving engagement initiatives and partnering across teams to strengthen culture, communication, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to translate organizational priorities into people-focused initiatives that enhance engagement and performance.
  • Provide HR guidance and support across employee relations, performance management, talent discussions, promotions, and workforce planning.
  • Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Act as the Employee Engagement SPOC for Bangalore GCC, leading employee engagement, communication, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Partner with the GCC Ahmedabad Engagement Team and Branding Team to execute engagement programs and site-wide campaigns.
  • Drive onboarding and employee experience initiatives to strengthen workforce engagement and retention.

HR Operations & Talent Support

  • Manage HR operational processes including Workday transactions, employee queries, leave administration, documentation, and compliance activities.
  • Support performance management, merit, and promotion cycles in partnership with the Group Lead HR.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives, identify capability gaps, and partner with Learning teams to support employee growth.

Workforce Analytics & Insights

  • Partner with the GCC Data & Analytics Team to maintain workforce metrics and reporting.
  • Analyze people data and provide insights to support decision-making, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify trends to drive continuous improvement.

Culture & Compliance

  • Champion Kraft Heinz values and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and inclusion.
  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity in all employee-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources Business Partnering or a related HR role.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders through data and insights.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound understanding of business fundamentals and HR practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
