$77,280-$91,351.93 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed, & will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand)

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field of study.
  2. Minimum four (4) years of professional experience in finance or accounting OR an MBA/advanced degree in a related field of study with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  3. Proficient with ERP Systems.
  4. Experience with EPM systems.
  5. Sound understanding of accounting and finance principles.
  6. Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
  7. Skill in analyzing and interpreting financial data.
  8. High degree of accuracy in working with large amounts of data.
  9. Must assume responsibility for timeliness of work completion and perform to meet strict deadlines.
  10. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  11. Effective communication (verbal, written, and listening) and presentation skills.
  12. Proficient with MS Office Suite.

Desired Qualifications

  1. Relevant advanced degree such as an MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
  2. Strong proficiency in SAP and Hyperion is a plus.
  3. Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
