Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the information management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its Customers. Global IM has approx. 850 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore.

We are looking for an Analyst for our office in Lund.
You will maintain holistic end-to-end view of the IT solutions within the service, support the Enterprise Architecture team in establishing the future state architecture and identify any service impacts arising from new business requirements and IT solutions.
You will provide cost estimates and testing scope for programs, projects and products, supported by Subject Matter Experts.
In addition to the above you will also design end-to-end solution in collaboration with business and Subject Matter Experts, take on a Lead or Supporting Solution Architect role and responsibilities when assigned, and you will be contact person supporting the business with escalated issues etc., strive to improve the IT Service catalogue with to gain stability, flexibility and efficiency of the end-to-end solution.

To excel in this role, we expect you to possess the following knowledge and experience:
It would be considered a merit if you also have experience in these areas:
• Knowledge on latest AEM features and on new cloud technology – AEMaaCS.
• Experience on Adobe Cloud Manager deployment tool.
• Knowledge on Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Good understanding of integration of AEM with other Adobe DX solutions – Commerce, Analytics, Target, Audience Manager etc.
We are looking for a self-motivated, responsive, professional who are dedicated to deliver service and can work effectively on multiple projects. You should have the ability to handle stakeholders and colleagues professionally, experience presenting in front of various technical and business audiences and exceptional organizational, and communication skills - both verbal and written.
You should also possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset and have a demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively.
In addition to this you have experience of work as a liaison with business stake holders, technical teams from different platforms defining requirements, map solutions and create artefacts and also be able to simplify complex technical requirements into smaller pieces and capable of ensuring feature level designs and execution of development efforts success.
