Church & Dwightisseekinga Commercial Operations Analyst , to join our team. The Commercial Operations Analyst (SPD) is responsible for supporting the Specialty Products Division through data-driven analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain and customer service operations.
This role will provide visibility into key operational metrics (OTIF, backlog, service performance), support SAP S/4 stabilization efforts, and help identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. The Analyst will serve as SPD’s Business Reporting Steward for Operations, acting as a key liaison between business teams and the Data & Analytics (DAO) organization to enhance reporting, training, and data accuracy.
Hybrid This is a hybrid role based in Ewing, NJ and requires in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is$59,400- $84,500 This position is also eligible for a bonus.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay parity. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
