  • Participate in functional and regression testing for system fixes, upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance, including bi-annual Workday releases and new feature adoption.
  • Assist with identifying communication and training needs to support system changes and ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Support project work as assigned by leadership, including updating documentation, tracking action items, participating in meetings, and helping meet project timelines and deliverables.
  • Stay informed on Workday Community updates, feature releases, and system enhancements, and assist with evaluating and implementing features that benefit the organization.
  • Provide support and knowledge sharing to HR operations team members, including assisting with system training and ongoing user support.
  • Perform other related duties and support special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of Workday products and features, with the ability to learn and apply new functionality as needed.
  • Experience supporting or working within multiple Workday modules (such as Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, or Time Tracking), with an understanding of how modules interact.
  • Ability to work both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to apply logical problem-solving approaches while maintaining confidentiality of employee and organizational data.
  • Ability to explain technical or system-related information in clear, easy-to-understand terms for non-technical audiences.
