About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Analyst with strong Workday experience across core functional areas including HCM,payroll, performance, talent, recruiting, time tracking, absence, compensation, benefits, security,integrations, reporting, and analytics. This role will support configuration changes, troubleshoot system issues, and execute testing to ensure accuracy, performance, andusability

The analyst will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, IT, and operational leaderstooptimizeWorkday processes, enhancethe userexperience, and support ongoing system improvements.

The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, balances project work with day-to-day support, and works independently with minimal direction. They are proactive, adaptable, and focused on continuously improving Workday.

What You'll Do

The HRIS Analyst will support and enhance Workday across HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Learning by troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuringtimelyresolution for HR and business users. This role willmaintainsystem configurations,monitorintegrations, and contribute to key initiatives and system enhancements, whileparticipatingin releases, supporting reporting and compliance needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement anda consistentWorkday experience. The HRIS Analyst will also support and improve Workday to ensure it runs smoothly, accurately, and efficiently across the organization, with responsibilities that include a mix of system support, light HR transactions, and project-based work.

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following responsibilities:

  • Support Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Learning

  • Provide day-to-day support to HR and business users, troubleshooting system issues and resolving tickets

  • Manage Workday support requests and ensuretimely, high-quality support

  • Process a small number of HR transactions (e.g.positionchanges, terminations) to support operations

  • Support key initiatives such as Workday public cloud migration, time clock rollout, and timekeeping enhancements

  • Support performance management, recruiting, and Workday Learning optimization efforts

  • Participate in bi-annual Workday releases, including review, testing, and validation of system changes

  • Create andmaintainWorkday organizational structures (supervisory orgs, cost centers, hierarchies, grants, etc.)

  • Configure andmaintainWorkday business processes, including notifications, alerts, and custom notifications

  • Support projects and ongoing initiatives by tracking requests, enhancements, and issues, andmaintainingclear documentation and status tracking

  • Assign andmaintainsecurity roles, ensuringappropriate accessand compliance

  • Support and troubleshoot benefits and other third-party integrations

  • Monitor integrations for errors or failures and coordinate resolution with internal teams and vendors

  • Support Open Enrollment, including configuration, testing, and launch activities

  • Support compliance reporting, including EEO and ACA annual reporting

  • Build andmaintainWorkday reports and dashboards to support business needs

  • Create andmaintainEIBs to support mass data updates and system processes

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance the Workday experience

  • Identifyopportunities to improve HR processes and recommend system-based solutions

  • Support standardization of HR processes and consistent use of Workday across teams

  • Develop job aids, training materials, and user documentation, and support end-user training

  • Provide guidance and support to team members on Workday functionality and HRIS best practices

WhatYou’llBring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of Workdayconfigurationexperienceacross multiple modulesrequired

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse teams

  • Able to solve problems effectively, make sound decisions, and manage their work independently while supporting Workdayinitiatives

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion

  • Workday Pro certification preferred

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

  • This positionoperatesin a professional office and clinic environment

  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands tooperatea computer and other office equipment

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing administrative and computer-based tasks

  • Occasionally required to lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds (such as files, office supplies, or small equipment)

  • Must have adequate visual acuity, hearing, and manual dexterity to perform essential job functions

  • May occasionally move between clinic and administrative areas and be exposed to a typical clinical setting

  • Expected to follow allNeighborHealthand OSHA safety policies and procedures, includingmaintaininga safe and ergonomic work environment

PAY RANGE:

Starting at $89,440 up to $137,280 based on experience
