Our Operations team is responsible for ensuring that the Bank operates with seamless execution, settles a variety of complex financial transactions through data driven decisions, process simplification and automation and by ensuring our internal and external stakeholders needs are met.
Our Global Markets Operations team partners with our sales and product colleagues to play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution and settlement of complex financial transactions. By removing inefficiencies and complexity, we’re responsible for delivering a positive client experience and leading transformational change. It’s challenging, strategically important work, and you’ll continuously innovate to ensure we stay at the forefront of technological industry trends. We welcome students from all degrees with excellent academic records and encourage applicants from diverse backgrounds. Students with finance background and/or equipped with solid technical skills will have an added advantage.
You’ll need to be a final year student or a fresh graduate within one year of graduation (graduated in 2025-2026), able to start September 2026, with a permanent legal right to work in the country you’re applying to.
