Key Responsibilities

• Process and monitor domestic and international payments (SWIFT, FED, FX, RTGS, NEFT, wire transfers).
• Review and validate payment instructions, SSIs, bank details, and settlement information.
• Handle fund-related vendor and custody bank invoice verification and payments.
• Support subscription, redemption, and cash settlement activities.
• Monitor payment mailboxes and manage transactions based on currency cut-off timings.
• Investigate payment queries and provide support to clients and global offices.
• Ensure timely completion of daily payment processing and escalation of issues when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders across global locations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SWIFT (MT103/MT202), FED payments, FX transactions, IBAN, BIC, ABA, Sort Code, BSB, and global payment processes.
• Experience in manual payments, wire transfers, treasury, banking, or transfer agency operations.
• Good understanding of payment investigations and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• B.Com, MBA, or equivalent qualification.
• 2-9 years of relevant experience in Payments, Banking, Treasury, or Transfer Agency.
• Knowledge of Hedge Funds and Private Equity will be an advantage.
