About your role

We are looking for an M&A Analyst to join the team in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for a young professional with 23 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance to step into a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will play an integral role in deal execution, working closely with senior professionals and client stakeholders.

What you will need to succeed

• 23 years of relevant experience in M&A, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Strong academic background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• CPA or CFA qualification (or advanced candidacy) is required.
• Exceptional financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Strong commercial sense and ability to work under pressure on multiple workstreams.
• Excellent communication skills and professional maturity to engage with senior stakeholders.
