Your responsibilities

• Process Documentation & Standardization: Support the documentation, maintenance, and harmonization of global end-to-end business processes, including process maps, SOPs, and work instructions
• Process Analysis & Optimization: Analyze process performance, identify inefficiencies, and support root cause analyses, process assessments, and improvement initiatives
• Process Performance Management: Maintain KPI dashboards and reporting packages, monitor performance against targets, and track the benefits of process improvement and transformation initiatives
• SAP & Digital Transformation: Support business process design, requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities within SAP S/4HANA and other digital transformation projects
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives, including action tracking and follow-up on improvement measures
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure process documentation meets global governance standards and supports audit, risk management, and compliance requirements
• Stakeholder & Project Support: Coordinate workshops, process reviews, and management presentations while facilitating collaboration between business functions, regional teams, and IT

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
• Several years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operational excellence, consulting, or transformation projects
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Exposure to global business processes and cross-functional projects
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, and process modeling tools such as Signavio, ARIS, or Visio
• Experience with process mining, data analysis, and reporting tools, such as Celonis, Signavio Process Intelligence, and Power BI
• Fluent in English, German language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally and work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment
