  • We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented workforce cost analyst to join our organization. The cost analyst will play a pivotal role in monitoring and analyzing workforce related expenses, providing insights, and supporting informed decision-making regarding the vendor PO's

    Responsibilities –

    • Cost Analysis – Collect, compile, and analyze data related to workforce costs, including vendor PO's and other process related expenses. Ability to perform cost variance analysis to identify trends and anomalies in data.

    • Reporting – Prepare regular reports and update dashboards using client's internal tech stack & excel and communicate information to stakeholders within the organization. Provide cost-related data for management reporting and decision support.

    • PO Closure & reconciliation – Raise & amend POs related to vendor payments and track the E2E closure with proper documentation. Highlight anomalies and issue resolution by collaborating with the vendor teams and stakeholders. Review each PO and update OPEX.

    • Adhoc analysis – Conduct adhoc analysis as requested by management to address specific process related questions or challenges.

    Technology Stack Experience –

    • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets Power User

    • Experience with any data pulling tool like SQL will be an added advantage [desired not mandatory]

    Role experience –

    • Proven experience of 3+ years in accounting in financial reporting.

    • Financial modeling, data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. excel, any data visualization tools) is an added advantage.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently to meet stringent deadlines.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills

    Qualification:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification [CMA, CPA] is a plus.

    • Excellent problem solving and communication skills, ability to work independently or as a team player.

    • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to convey complex data to non-technical audience

    • Understanding of cost components & knowledge of payroll systems and processes [desired not mandatory]
