Analyst, FP&A, PVH China

This role is a key component of our young talent programs, designed to cultivate and develop future management professionals. This roll will be responsible to support financial analysis and planning.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Forecast and Budget:
  • Responsible for monthly sales rolling forecast through closely working with Business team and observing/analyzing historical trend (incl. following month daily/weekly sales and future months sales estimate);
  • Responsible for channel sales and KPI trend analysis and identify R&O, as well as forecast based on latest operation terms and input from related function budget owners;
  • Responsible for P&L forecast and platform profitability analysis;
  • Support Budget preparation process;
  • Responsible for timely system uploading and reporting package submission to region and global.

• Management Reporting and Ad-hoc Analysis:
  • Support monthly management review on sales performance, G2N and P&L status with insights and R&O analysis
  • Ad-hoc business analysis including industry insights and competitor analysis etc.
  • Support FPA team on management business review deck preparation

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• A bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should be recent university graduates.
• Eager to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Fashion enthusiasts with a keen sense of fashion are preferred.
• Having internship experience in the fashion, retail, or FMCG industry would be advantageous.
• High awareness of PVH and its brand portfolio.
• Strong aptitude for quick learning, logical thinking, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
• Effective communication skills and proficient in utilizing presentation tools like PowerPoint to showcase ideas.
• Fluency in both written and oral English is required.
• Passion for fashion and lifestyle brands.
