We are looking for a proactive and curious Finance Analyst to support financial analysis, business partnering, and operational initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, effective cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for driving insights, process improvements, and scalable finance solutions.


What You Will Do

  • Drive financial planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenariomodellingto support business decision-making.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency, cost management, and overall financial performance.

  • Support monthly close, reporting, and management review processes withtimelyandaccurateanalysis.

  • Identifyopportunities to streamline and standardize finance processes, reporting, and workflows.

  • Lead or support process improvement initiatives with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and automation solutions using tools such asPower BI, Power Query, Power Automate, or similar technologies.

  • Work with large and complex datasets to improve visibility, reporting accuracy, and decision support capabilities.

  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis, business cases, and operational reviews as needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or related field.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Operations Finance, Manufacturing Finance, FP&A, or business partnering roles.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Curious and drivenindividualwitha stronglearning agilityGoodunderstanding of operational and finance processes within a manufacturing or operations environmentis an advantage.

  • Process improvement mindset with the ability toidentifyinefficiencies and drive simplification initiatives.

  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Power Query, Excel, SQL, Python, or Power Platform tools is an advantage.

  • Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders and influencing discussions through data-driven insights.

  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment with a hands-on approach.

  • Strong communicationand presentation skills
