Job Description

The Field Sales & Marketing Systems and Integration Analyst will provide company-wide project and process management support of Sales and Marketing systems, applications and field operations projects. You will work with IT and other business units to ensure the successful definition, planning, testing, and execution of projects defined by the business units. Proactively evaluates, assesses and plans for all current and future Sales and Marketing needs and consults with pertinent field operations teams to coordinate, develop and implement process and technology tools.

As the Field Sales & Marketing Systems and Integration Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyze business requirements and operational processes to identify reporting needs and opportunities for automation.

  • Assess data sources, data quality, and reporting capabilities to ensure accurate and reliable reporting outputs.

  • Design and develop custom reports, dashboards, and scorecards to support business objectives and decision-making.

  • Create report specifications, including data definitions, calculations, filters, and formatting standards.

  • Establish and maintain report scheduling, distribution lists, and automated delivery processes.

  • Configure, test, and deploy report jobs across development, testing, and production environments.

  • Monitor report job performance, solve failures, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.

  • Validate report results against source systems and business requirements to ensure data integrity.

  • Perform trend analysis and deliver actionable insights based on report findings.

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Create documentation for report logic, data mappings, job schedules, and support procedures.

  • Manage report inventory and governance, including version control, naming conventions, and retention standards.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes through automation and process optimization.

  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation for new and modified reports.

  • Develop ad hoc analyses and reports to support operational, financial, compliance, and executive reporting needs.

  • Establish report job dependencies, execution schedules, and monitoring controls to ensure successful end-to-end processing.

  • Coordinate report migrations and deployments between environments while maintaining compliance with change management processes.

  • Provide training and support to end users on report interpretation, access, and self-service reporting tools.

  • Lead the strategic planning, development, and governance of enterprise reporting solutions to support organizational objectives.

  • Analyze reporting trends and stakeholder needs to recommend new metrics, KPIs, and reporting capabilities.

  • Oversee the design, implementation, scheduling, and ongoing optimization of automated report jobs and reporting workflows.

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5+ years of related experience
  • Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing to a wide range of technical and non-technical collaborators
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and confidence in order to motivate and influence others
  • Ability to take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement actions required to achieve functional goals
  • Strong problem solving skills, including ability to address any issue in collaboration with others, identify and prevent potential problems and develop problem solving skills in others
  • Strong project management skills including ability to manage details through to completion and ensure deadlines are met
  • Knowledge of business mathematics (weighted averages, percentages) and basic spreadsheeting (Excel)
  • Willing to travel, sometimes at short notice, depending upon the work schedule
  • Excellent general knowledge of IT standards and methods

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of related experience
  • Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem solving skills, strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately, strong interpersonal communication skills to deal effectively with owners, guests and all levels of the organization.
