Job Description

The Analyst ERP Transformation Services supports the stability, enhancement, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications and processes. Working closely with business stakeholders and global IT teams, this role helps optimize business systems, supports ERP transformation initiatives, and contributes to the delivery of reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions across the organization.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across functional areas including operations, supply chain, finance, logistics, and manufacturing.
  • Partner with stakeholders to evaluate current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design of future-state solutions.
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams to implement business and system enhancements.
  • Support enterprise applications by managing incidents, service requests, problem investigations, and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure alignment with corporate standards, governance requirements, and security policies.
  • Participate in testing activities, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Support release management activities, including deployment validation, documentation, and go-live readiness.
  • Analyze and support integrations between enterprise platforms, helping ensure data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Contribute to system security, compliance, audit readiness, and IT service management processes.
  • Assist with ongoing ERP transformation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts across the enterprise application landscape.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Understanding of business processes such as operations, supply chain, finance, or manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of enterprise applications, business systems, or data flows.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Familiarity with IT service management processes, including incident, change, and problem management.
  • Knowledge of relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or similar platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience or exposure to ERP, CRM, MES, or other enterprise business systems.
  • Knowledge of business process modeling methodologies such as BPMN or UML.
  • Previous experience in IT Business Analysis, application support, or enterprise systems environments.
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • ITIL Foundation, Agile, Scrum, BPMN, Azure Fundamentals, or similar professional certifications.
