What This Role Isn't

This isn't a role where you're expected to have all the answers on day one. We're looking for someone who is curious, analytical, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating new challenges.

You don't need to be an AI expert to succeed in this position. An interest in technology and continuous improvement is more important than deep technical expertise.

While reporting, coordination, and governance activities are part of the role, this position goes beyond project administration. You'll have opportunities to solve problems, contribute ideas, influence outcomes, and support meaningful change across the organization.

This role is not limited to maintaining existing processes. You'll help improve how change management, project governance, reporting, and emerging technologies, including AI, are adopted across the enterprise.

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Change Management, Information Systems, Technology Management, or a related discipline preferred.

· Relevant professional certifications or coursework in project management, change management, business analysis, risk management, process improvement, or technology administration are a plus.

Experience

· 2-4 years of experience in governance, project coordination, operational risk, compliance, portfolio management, enterprise change management, business operations, tool administration, or a related discipline.

· Experience supporting governance, portfolio management, regulatory, or enterprise change management activities within a large or highly regulated organization is preferred.

· Experience supporting platform administration, reporting, workflow management, ticket management, or business process operations is preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Knowledge & Skills

· Working knowledge of enterprise change management, project governance, portfolio management, or risk and control frameworks.

· Understanding of workflow-driven applications and governance tools, such as Planview, ServiceNow, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

· Strong written, verbal, presentation, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to review information, identify gaps, and document findings.

· Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, and Power BI.

· Experience supporting system testing, configuration changes, reporting, data management, or process administration is preferred.

· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and commitment to quality.

· Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) and generative AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other approved enterprise productivity technologies.

· Ability to utilize AI-enabled tools to support reporting, analysis, content development, meeting preparation, and operational efficiency.

· Understanding of responsible AI practices, information security requirements, data privacy standards, and appropriate handling of confidential information.

· Ability to identify opportunities for automation, workflow optimization, and AI-enabled process improvements.

· Experience using AI-assisted tools to enhance productivity, data analysis, stakeholder support, and business process execution is preferred.

The typical base pay range for this role is between $122K - $166K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation. Additionally, our Total Rewards program provides colleagues with a competitive benefits package (in accordance with the eligibility requirements and respective terms of each) that includes comprehensive health and wellness benefits, retirement plans, educational assistance and training programs, income replacement for qualified employees with disabilities, paid maternity and parental bonding leave, and paid vacation, sick days, and holidays.
