What are your contributions to the team?

Application Administrator – PMO Finance & Project Management Tools (OneStream & Teamcenter)

  • Serve as the PMO Application Administrator and primary point of contact for the OneStream and Teamcenter platforms.
  • Partner with Global Administrators, Finance teams, Engineering organizations, and BIS to ensure alignment of system capabilities and business requirements.
  • Manage day-to-day administration activities, including user support, issue resolution, governance, and platform maintenance.
  • Collaborate with business domain experts to understand operational needs and support application configuration and enhancements.
  • Work closely with internal and external technical experts to support solution design, development, and implementation.
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting integrity, and overall system reliability.
  • Support user access management, license administration, and compliance with governance standards.
  • Conduct user surveys and collect feedback to enhance user experience and improve platform effectiveness.
  • Act as the focal point for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving system-related issues.

Power BI Support & Reporting

  • Contribute create and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and KPI visualizations to support business performance monitoring.
  • Support the integration and transformation of OneStream data into Power BI reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights through analytics.

How to thrive in this role?

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in application administration, business systems support, or related technical roles.
  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications and information systems.
  • Knowledge of multidimensional planning, reporting, or financial management applications is considered an asset.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with OneStream, Teamcenter, Power BI, or similar enterprise platforms is considered an asset.

  • Fluency in English & French (written & verbal)
  • Training and onboarding support will be provided for the OneStream and Teamcenter platforms to ensure successful integration into the role.
