Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. we provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decision. in additional, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.


The Early Intervention & Work Out Analyst, operating within the Wholesale Lending in Commercial Banking sector, plays a critical role in identifying, monitoring, and mitigating credit risks. This position is responsible for proactively addressing potential high-risk credits, executing recovery strategies for Non-Performing Loan (NPL) accounts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements. The analyst will collaborate closely with Credit Underwriters (CRM) and Relationship Managers (RM) to minimize NPLs and contribute to the continuous improvement of Early Intervention (EI) and Remedial Management (RM) policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and follow up on any credit with possible high-risk traits in collaboration with Credit Underwriter (CRM) and Relationship Manager (RM).
  • Implement account workout strategies to minimize Non-Performing Loans (NPL).
  • Prepare and execute comprehensive recovery strategies and actions for NPL accounts.
  • Prepare monthly regulatory reports accurately and on time.
  • Manage stakeholders within the bank, specifically Credit Underwriters (CRM) and Relationship Managers (RM), to ensure coordinated efforts.
  • Actively involve in the improvement and refinement of Early Intervention (EI) & Work out (WO) policies.
  • Participate in the continuous enhancement of EI & WO management processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree; a background in analytics is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with numbers and process-oriented tasks.
  • Exposure to local lending regulations.
  • Expsoure to Indonesia Legal Framework on bankruptcy.
  • Familiarity with reserve management policy as per Singapore (SG) and local regulations.
  • Understanding of the Credit Risk Management cycle.
  • Industry knowledge in Wholesale Lending in Commercial Banking is a significant plus.
