Designed for ambitious new graduates and early-career professionals, this two-year program will give you comprehensive exposure to institutional investing. As a member of I&RR’s investment team, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of industries and investing strategies. This program also offers valuable international and cross-functional exposure, including potential travel opportunities for deal execution or portfolio company engagement.
Your development is central to the program – supported through a customized training program, on the job experience, a mentorship program that provide ongoing coaching and guidance, and networking opportunities with BCI professionals and industry peers.
As an Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of our investment team contributing to (1) due diligence of prospective investments, (2) proactive engagement with portfolio companies owned by I&RR, and (3) executing on strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
This role is based in our downtown Victoria, BC office.
The annualized base salary range for this Victoria-based role is CAD $97,000 to $115,000.
BCI offers a competitive total rewards package, including a performance-based incentive plan, comprehensive health & dental benefits, a defined benefit pension plan, and paid time off. We pay our people competitively in the markets in which we operate and with consideration for internal equity and job structure. The base salary will consider factors such as the individual's skill set, experience, and internal equity. We aim for actual pay to be around the market median for expected performance and the upper quartile for excellent performance. Actual salaries may vary based on experience and expertise.
