Document & Business Solutions (DBS) is JPMorgan Chase's key print production and distribution unit. We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team in India, reporting to the India DBS Location Manager. This role will be pivotal in implementing DBS products and services in Hyderabad, providing analytical support, and collaborating with Regional Mail & Print leads to align with global strategies. The Operations Supervisor will also develop domestic strategies and ensure compliance with Corporate Policies.
An an Analyst within the Document & Business Solutions team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing print production and distribution operations for JPMorgan Chase in India.
Job responsibilities
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
5 + years in the financial industry’s corporate service area. Experience in the field of Manage print services, Document Management solutions.
Proven project management skills with a focus on document management or digital document creation and processing
Experience of managing small to medium sized projects through to successful delivery
Lean Six Sigma experience (green belt or above) Formal Project Management qualification
Candidate should be personally accountable for achieving key milestones on the product development & Delivery roadmap
Self-Initiator, able to move product initiatives forward in a cross-functional and matrixed organizational model
Strong people management skills and team management experience.
Ability to work and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong communication and relationship building skills: partnering with internal clients, coordination with outsourced vendors, and good communication within the team
