Visa Canada is seeking an Analyst, Product Management to support the activation, adoption, and growth of digital payment solutions in the Canadian market.

The successful candidate will work across Visa's digital products portfolio, including Click to Pay, Tokenization, Visa Payment Passkeys, Agentic Commerce, and other emerging payment solutions. This role will support product managers and broader team initiatives through market research, client engagement, business analysis, and go-to-market execution.

Working closely with Canadian clients and North America and global product teams, this individual will help enable successful product launches and support the growth of Visa's digital payments business in Canada.

This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn. The successful candidate takes ownership, works well in ambiguity, and is motivated to develop expertise across multiple products and initiatives.

Product & Market Support

  • Support the rollout and adoption of digital payment solutions in the Canadian market.
  • Assist with product launch activities, market readiness efforts, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Analyze product performance, adoption metrics, and client feedback to support decision-making.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support client meetings, workshops, presentations, and product discussions.
  • Prepare presentations, executive summaries, business cases, and client communications.
  • Track action items, coordinate follow-ups, and support ongoing client engagement activities.
  • Gather and synthesize market and client insights to inform product recommendations.

Program Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Support initiatives involving Product, Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Technology teams.
  • Maintain project plans, readiness trackers, and portfolio reporting.
  • Help manage dependencies, identify risks, and support execution across multiple initiatives.
  • Assist in developing enablement materials, product documentation, and training resources.

Product Expertise & Market Intelligence

  • Develop knowledge of digital payments, e-commerce, tokenization, authentication, and emerging commerce technologies.
  • Monitor market developments, competitive activity, and industry trends.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations that support product strategy and market adoption.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, consulting, financial services, fintech, technology, payments, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting projects, strategic initiatives, product launches, or client-facing programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Knowledge & Expertise

Experience or familiarity with one or more of:

  • Digital payments and e-commerce
  • Product management and go-to-market execution
  • Financial services or fintech
  • Market research, business analysis, or strategy

Skills

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and actionable insights.
