We are an in office employer as this promotes in person collaboration and learning. This role will be based in Edmonton, Alberta.
Responsibilities:
As a Digital Advisory Analyst, you will help organizations modernize how they operate by connecting business needs with digital solutions. You will work alongside a team of professional consultants and leaders to shape digital transformation initiatives, support decision making, and turn strategy into actionable roadmaps.
You will be embedded in multi-disciplinary teams delivering work across digital strategy, enterprise systems, service redesign, and change initiatives.
How You Create Impact:
- Support Transformation Engagements
- Contribute to the planning and delivery of digital and technology transformation initiatives across ERP, HRIS, data, AI, automation, service modernization, and technology governance.
- Support engagement planning by clarifying objectives, scope, risks, and delivery approach with both internal teams and clients.
- Track progress, milestones, and dependencies across workstreams, escalating risks and issues early.
- Support delivery governance, including status reporting, financial tracking, and quality management.
- Translate Business Needs into Actionable Insights
- Work with business and technology interest-holders to understand objectives, pain points, and constraints.
- Help bridge conversations between business leaders and technical teams by translating language, priorities, and impacts.
- Elicit and structure requirements that clearly define the problem to be solved rather than jumping straight to solutions.
- Document current state and future state processes, capabilities, and user journeys.
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform options, trade-offs, and recommendations.
- Support business cases, digital strategies, and implementation roadmaps that are practical and decision ready.
- Prepare correspondence, technical reports, and surveys,
- Conducting detailed research, interpretation, and analysis of the data gathered,
- Analyze financial data and perform cost-benefit analysis
- Support the design, development, formatting, and proofreading of reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Contribute to Proposals and Service Design
- Support the design of client specific advisory approaches and delivery models.
- Contribute to proposal development by tailoring content to client context, priorities, and evaluation criteria.
- Use existing intellectual property, templates, and past proposals to accelerate development while maintaining quality.
- Work as Part of a Modern Consulting Team
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry through experiential learning with clients.
- Contribute ideas that improve methods, tools, templates, and client experience.
- Apply curiosity, structured thinking, and continuous improvement to how work is delivered.
- Participate in collaborative, in-person and client-facing delivery environments that contribute to a balanced lifestyle and a high standard of team wellness.

Skills and Experience That Matter:
- Degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in digital advisory, consulting, or enterprise business analysis
- Strong grounding in business analysis, service design, or operational improvement
- Experience working on technology enabled change initiatives such as ERP, HRIS, CRM, data platforms, or automation
- Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to tailor content for executives, business users, and delivery teams
- Confidence working with ambiguity and evolving requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
