Job Description

Analyst, Demand Planning – EMEA

Puszkarska 7M

Kraków 30-644Poland

About the role:This role sits within the Demand Management EMEA team and offers a unique mix of analytical work and close collaboration with people across the business. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining demand forecasts at country‑SKU level, which directly drive supply chain, sourcing, and inventory decisions.

What makes this role especially interesting is the real impact it has — the forecasts you create influence what happens in the warehouse, how products are sourced, and how markets are supplied. You’ll work in a highly international environment, collaborating with country management and cross‑functional teams across EMEA, combining data‑driven decision‑making with strong stakeholder interaction.

In this role, you will:

  • Create and maintain country‑SKU level demand forecasts for a sub‑region using Oracle Demantra
  • Align forecasts with Country Management in line with corporate forecasting guidelines
  • Prepare new product launch forecasts, working closely with EMEA Marketing and local teams
  • Analyze demand data from multiple sources and interpret high‑impact datasets used for planning calculations
  • Understand the financial impact of forecast accuracy and prioritize activities accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Supply Chain Planning, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Change Management
  • Work with Finance and Country Directors to align demand forecasts with financial plans
  • Partner with local Marketing and Sales teams to manage slow‑moving products and minimize write‑off risks
  • Prepare detailed ad‑hoc analyses to support supply chain and business decisions
  • Lead and participate in sub‑regional collaboration meetings and forecasting initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of forecasting processes, reports, and performance metrics
  • Support S&OP collaboration processes and maintain forecasting‑related standard operating procedures

Our requirements:

  • Up to 3 years of experience in internationally oriented Supply Chain Management and/or Demand or Sales Analysis
  • Experience working with demand forecasting or planning tools (Oracle Demantra would be a plus)
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis
  • Experience working with reporting tools such as MicroStrategy, Tableau or PowerBI is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, validate, and cleanse data
  • Good understanding of supply planning principles (MRP)
  • Ability to work with deadlines and manage workload effectively
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and levels
  • Comfortable working in a geographically dispersed, international team
  • Proactive, adaptable, and positive mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant field
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken

What we offer:

  • Luxmed VIP package sponsored by the company.
  • Mybenefit System (Kafeteria or Multisport Card).
  • Life and Health Insurance.
  • Extra hours off - wellness hours 15h per year.
  • Hybrid work - 3 days in the office / 2 days from home.
  • Annual bonus + Easter, Christmas & Vacation bonuses.
  • Personal development opportunities and access to online training environments like free access to the LinkedIn Learning platform.
  • Unlimited access to company products in the kitchen.
  • Free parking slots - first come first served via company application.
  • Family and entertainment events like Santa Clause and Children's Day.
  • Possibility to shape our company through CI activities & programs
